I'm obsessed with the different versions of Sight Word Uno you can find at teacherspayteachers.com. This verison that I'm showing you today, plays exactly like UNO. You have the wild card, draw four, draw two and skip. With this UNO game, you can only change the color with a wild card or putting a card on top with the same sight word on the card. The directions for this, said that if you don't have that color, you keep drawing until you get the color. Well, that made the students get lots of cards. I said to draw two cards and that was it. UNO Sight Word Game

I have been spending a lot of time on Teachers Pay Teachers and I think I'm becoming addicted right along with Pinterest. There are so many neat things you can find and accommodate to any classroom. I came across this UNO Sight Word Game from another teacher in our building and she had got the free one. So, I went back to my room and had to look it up. Well, I was sure excited to find that they had more than just the pre-primer sight word UNO game. I immediately had to buy a bunch of them. It also comes as a bundle. Let me tell you that my kids LOVE IT!!! They always have to play the game at least twice. I thought I would share a video of the game in action. What I love about this game is it works on Sight Words, but she also has other UNO games. Not only are the kids learning words, they are having fun at the same time. Being a special education teacher, I would rather find games for my students to play than worksheet after worksheet after worksheet. So without further do.....
